TERMS OF USE, SUPPLY AND PURCHASE

Use of the site and purchases made on it are subject to the conditions detailed in these regulations and in the Privacy and Refund policies appearing on the site. Making a purchase constitutes the customer's declaration that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY (AGE RESTRICTION)

The site is for personal use only. Purchasing on the site is permitted only to customers who meet the following conditions:

  • The user is over 18 years of age.
  • The user holds a valid credit card.

3. SUPPLY & SHIPPING POLICY

The Company undertakes to supply the products ordered subject to stock availability:

  • In-Stock Items: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days from transaction confirmation.
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days.

* Business days: Sunday-Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

Exceptional Delays Clause:
In exceptional cases of logistical constraints or force majeure, the Company reserves the right to delay delivery by up to double the original delivery time. This delay shall not be considered a breach of contract and shall not entitle the customer to compensation beyond the option to cancel the transaction according to law.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of using the site or products. Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
